    A sales order picks up the party's discount and is checked against their credit limit.

    Pick and dispatch

    Confirming reserves the stock; picking lists and delivery challans come from the order.

    Invoice with the right tax

    The tax invoice gets CGST + SGST or IGST from the place of supply, and an IRN if you use e-invoicing.

    Collect on time

    Payment links go out with the invoice, and reminders follow on a schedule until it's paid.

Yes. Give each party a standing discount, and volume tiers by bill value apply on their own as the order grows.

A new invoice is blocked when outstanding plus the new total would exceed the party's limit, so you decide before more goods go out.

Start a trip with the salesperson, beat and the stock loaded. Sales on the route are billed from the van's stock, and the trip is closed when the van returns.

Not yet. E-invoicing (IRN and signed QR) is available from the Standard plan with your own GSP account; e-way bills are not generated in the app.
