No. The counter screen runs in a browser on any PC, tablet or phone. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and an 80 mm thermal printer make it faster, but the phone camera can scan barcodes too.

Yes. Products carry cost, selling price and MRP, and party discounts and volume tiers by bill value apply on their own.

Pick the original bill, choose the items coming back, and a credit note is raised that puts the stock back and adjusts GST.
