Yes. Add each business entity with its own legal name and tax ID, and link its branches and godowns to it.

Only if you give them access. Staff assigned to a branch see just that branch, and the server enforces it.

Not yet. Every document is tagged with its branch, and numbering runs per document type across the account with your own prefix and financial-year format.
