Everything in the Basic plan for your business type, with the same limits, for 14 days. No credit card needed.
Start with the free trial. Single-branch businesses usually move to Basic; if you need e-invoicing, approvals or AI, Standard covers most growing teams.
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time from the Billing page. The difference for the days left in the month is worked out for you.
Settings → Billing shows how many invoices you have used this month against your plan. If you regularly get close, move up a plan; the limit resets at the start of each billing month.
Online through Razorpay, by UPI, card or netbanking. You get a subscription invoice for every payment, listed on the Billing page.
Yes. Every plan is priced in INR per month, from ₹499 for Basic. The full list with limits is on the pricing page.
Yes. The place of supply comes from the customer's state, so intra-state sales split into CGST + SGST and inter-state sales use IGST — for businesses and customers anywhere in India.
No. Every plan produces portal-ready GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B JSON you upload with your own login. Filing through a GSP is optional.
Yes, on the Standard plan and above. The invoice is sent to the Invoice Registration Portal through your own GSP account, and the IRN and signed QR are printed on it. Without a GSP account, live IRNs can't be generated.
No, not yet. Create e-way bills on the e-way bill portal as you do today. The GST audit report does list invoices above the e-way bill threshold, so none are missed.
Yes. GSTINs are checked for format, state code and checksum before they are saved. Before you file, a check warns about missing GSTINs, short HSN codes and place-of-supply problems.
Yes. Credit and debit notes are linked to the original invoice and reported in GSTR-1, and GSTR-3B is worked out net of them.
Yes for invoicing, inventory, POS and multi-currency billing. GST returns, e-invoicing and GSTIN checks are India-specific; the Standard plan and above add international tax reports.
Devices & setup
Phones, printers, scanners and getting your counter ready.
POS billing at the counterYes. It runs in any modern browser and can be installed on Android or iOS from the browser menu — no app store needed.
You need an internet connection to save bills. If the connection drops, the app's screens still open, but new entries can't be saved until you are back online. A mobile hotspot is enough.
Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works, or a phone camera. Thermal receipt printers and barcode label printers print from the browser through QZ Tray, a small free helper you install once on the counter PC.
Yes. Basic allows 2 branches and Standard 5, with more on higher plans. Each branch can have its own godowns, and stock moves between them with transfers.
The app can be used in English, Hindi or Arabic, and each user's choice is remembered.
You can send your first invoice on the first day. Add your GSTIN, import your parties and products, connect the printer and you are ready. We can do it with you on a call.
Each workspace is isolated at the database level with Postgres row-level security, so a query only ever sees its own workspace's data.
Yes. Any user can turn on codes from an authenticator app. After 5 wrong passwords sign-in is locked for 15 minutes, and passwords found in known data breaches are refused.
Yes. Build roles with exactly the permissions each person needs, and restrict users to the branches they work in. Branch limits are applied on the server.
Yes. Lists and reports export as CSV, and the owner can download a full export of the workspace as JSON from Settings. Your data is never locked in.
Yes. The activity log records who changed what and when, with the old and new values. Closed periods can be locked so filed figures don't change.

The Tally and Excel import, step by stepYes. Upload a Tally masters XML export and we import parties, products, opening stock and balances — you preview everything before it's saved. Spreadsheets work too.
No. The Tally import covers masters: customers, suppliers, products with HSN and GST rates, opening stock and opening party balances. Past vouchers and general ledgers stay in Tally, so start from a clean date such as the first of a month.
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, opening stock and opening balances can each be imported from a CSV or Excel file. You match the columns, see a preview and get a list of any rows with problems.
