A clean menu on their own phone, with nothing to install. They order when they are ready, not when a waiter is free.
Scan the table QR and the menu opens in the browser on any phone.
Categories, search, photos, veg and non-veg marks, and short notes on each dish.
Items you mark sold out, or that have run out of stock, can't be ordered.
"Less spicy, no onion" goes with the order, along with an optional name and mobile number.
Add more to the same table bill any time. The guest sees each order move from accepted to ready to served.
One tap, and the live board shows which table wants help.
Live order board
New orders land on the board straight away, with an optional beep. Accept them, mark them preparing, ready and served, or reject one with a reason the guest can see.
Paying the bill
Guests can pay from their phone through your Razorpay account, by UPI, card or netbanking. Or they ask for the bill and staff collect cash, UPI or card at the counter. Either way the table's orders become one GST invoice.
Accept an order and its kitchen order ticket prints with the table and the items. It uses the same 80mm receipt printer as your POS through QZ Tray, or the browser print window if there is none.
Taking orders the old way too? The Tables screen lets a waiter open a table, add items and send a KOT, then settle the bill at the end.
Products become menu items, with category, photo, veg or non-veg mark and price.
Add one table or a range like Table 1 to 20, with an area such as Rooftop or AC hall.
Print an A4 sheet of cut-out cards, one per table, each with your name and the table number.
Keep the board open on the counter PC or a tablet and accept orders as they come in.
Online payment at the table needs your own Razorpay account. Add-ons and modifiers, split bills and table transfers are not available in QR ordering yet.
The small things that matter on a full Saturday night.
Make a new code for a table and the old print stops working at once.
Cap the orders waiting per table and block a phone for 12 hours.
A table served 20 minutes ago and not paid shows up on the board.
Paper jammed? Print the ticket again from the order.
Skip the accept step and send orders straight to the kitchen.
For counters and food courts, ask guests to pay online before the order goes in.

No. They scan the QR on the table and the menu opens in the phone's browser. There is no login. Everyone at the table who scans joins the same table bill.
When staff accept an order on the live board, a kitchen order ticket (KOT) prints on your 80mm thermal printer through QZ Tray, or through the browser if no printer is set. A KOT can be reprinted from the order.
Turn on online payment and the guest pays from their phone through a payment link on your own Razorpay account, by UPI, card or netbanking. Or they tap Pay at the counter and staff collect cash, UPI or card.
Yes. When the table pays, all its orders become one POS sale: a GST invoice with the tax split, the payment recorded and stock taken out for items you track.
Each table's QR can be regenerated at any time, which stops old prints from working. You can pause a table, cap how many orders wait for acceptance, and block a phone that sends fake orders.
Yes. They can order another round on the same table, call a waiter, and ask for the bill, all from the same page.
